Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan), was born to Wayne David Cardellini (a businessman) in Redwood City. She is Italian (from a paternal grandfather), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda grew in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest of her four brothers. Her interest in acting began at age ten, when she performed a singing role in the school's Christmas show. She continued to do school productions and community theater. Linda went to Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. After she graduated Linda was forced to decide whether she wanted to move to New York or Los Angeles and pursue a theater degree. Following her graduation, she was required to decide whether or not to pursue a career in film or television in Los Angeles. Linda was cast in her debut role in the show Bone Chillers (1996). Her first big break was when she got her first role as a character in Freaks and Geeks (1999). Lindsay Weir played the academic decathlete in the cult show, for which she won one Emmy Award.

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989) more popularly known as her stage title Lily James, is an English actress. She began her acting career in the show Just William in 2010, an British television show. Following her role as Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her first big break came in the title role in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James then played the role of the role of Countess Natasha Rostova, in the television version of War & Peace, in 2016. She also appeared in a number of films. This includes the action film Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) as well as the musicals Mamma Mia! We're Going Again (2019) as well as Yesterday (2018). Pam & Tommy, a biographical TV series that is based on the story of Pamela Anderson (released in 2022), earned her nominations for a Golden Globe Award winner and the Primetime Emmy Award.
